DESIGNED AS AN END-TO-END SOLUTION

X-BRAiN for Smart Asset Tracking has been completely engineered and optimised by X-CITE, starting from our state-of-the-art hardware portfolio, our comprehensive connectivity services and the IoT platform in its full extent.

The solution can be fully integrated to 5G stand-alone and non stand-alone deployments for public and private networks. It is tailored to optimise battery lifetime and at the same time increase reliability. Our modular device setup features low power geolocation sensors, high-speed trackers with ultra low update rates as well as powerful edge devices.

MAXIMOS SENSOR

The IoT device Maximos by X-CITE is a multi-functional device that acts as an independent sensor, as an interface for connecting and gathering data from (third party) sensors, and as an advanced connectivity enabler.

Maximos is designed as a modular device, meaning that the final sensor and its features can be assembled from a set of modules that are provided by X-CITE. As an example, in case NB-IoT or LTE-M connectivity is requested for a particular use case, the Cellular LPWAN Module will be installed. However, in case LTE connectivity is requested, the Cellular 2G/4G Module will be installed.

5G CORAL BOARD

The 5G Coral Board is an advanced and single computer board developed in-house by X-CITE. This board is unique as it integrates several enhanced components that can achieve multiple features with high performance when put together.

The 5G Coral Board  is a compact device that combines the abilities of a 4.9G and 5G connectivity enabler and a vigorous edge computing device with the possibility to attach peripheral sensor modules for applying advanced 5G use cases.
